Your Role
We select franchise owners based on their attitude and motivation. Franchise owners choose to work with us because we recognize the importance of people. We believe that systems should support a company rather than control it. We provide practical and applicable strategies for growth, and we are committed to our promises. Our goal is to restore people's spirit and freedom through their real estate business development and growth.In addition to retaining a percentage of commissions on all sales, the franchise owner charges sales associates monthly fees for the provision of office facilities, marketing, administrative, and management support. This approach is similar to the operation of barristers' chambers and private medical practices.
Franchise Owners Training
New Franchise Owners attend an initial training which covers every details of operating a REMAX franchise business in India. Content ranges from creating the right office environment to building and managing successful teams. Additional courses are offered throughout the year focusing on specific topics including IT, Marketing, Selling Skills, Basics of Real Estate, Budgeting Office Expenses, Leadership, Recruitment and Retention Techniques. Courses are run on a regular basis at REMAX India Head Quarters.
Further advice and support on a number of different subjects ranging from recruitment to administration, e-marketing and referrals is available of all offices via The REMAX University which offers Training-On-Demand via "Mainstreet" our Propriety Intranet system. Traditional classroom sessions at the REMAX Global Education Center in Denver or video sessions via RSN - REMAX Satellite Network which beams 60 hours or programming each month via satellite to subscribing offices are also made available to offices world-wide.


What We Look For
Successful REMAX franchise owners come from a variety of backgrounds. Some are experienced real estate agents, and others join us from related industries such as property development, financial services, sales, marketing, management, surveying, and conveyancing. And there are just as many people to whom property and franchising are completely new!
